In a city brimming with history, resilience, and cultural pride, there are individuals whose lives reflect the very soul of Cleveland. One such individual is Luciana Adams, founder of My Favor By Faith LLC, who is set to be honored in the prestigious Who’s Who in Black Cleveland publication — an accolade reserved for trailblazers, changemakers, and community pillars.
This recognition is more than a moment; it’s a movement.
Honoring Legacy, Leadership, and Healing
Presented by Real Times Media and Delta Dental of Ohio, the Who’s Who in Black Cleveland awards spotlight Black excellence across sectors — from business to education, from activism to the arts. To be named among this esteemed group is to be recognized for enduring impact, integrity, and innovation.
For Luciana Adams, it’s a deeply personal honor. A mother, mental health professional, and social entrepreneur, her work stems from a life shaped by faith, healing, and unwavering dedication to others.
A Life Rooted in Purpose
Born and raised in Cleveland, Luciana Adams holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University. She currently serves as a Behavioral Health Coordinator for University Hospitals, where she supports individuals navigating emotional and psychological challenges.
But her passion doesn’t stop at the hospital walls. Fueled by lived experience and a profound commitment to healing, Luciana founded My Favor By Faith LLC — a self-care organization with a powerful mission: to provide trauma-informed support systems for women and girls impacted by sexual, physical, or emotional abuse.
Her vision is clear: create safe spaces for emotional restoration, self-discovery, and transformation.
Uplifting Communities Through Programs and Pages
At the core of My Favor By Faith are two standout initiatives:
Treasures of Faith: A healing and empowerment program for girls ages 12–18 who have experienced trauma, rejection, or depression. Through mentorship, journaling, and sisterhood, participants are guided on a journey toward renewed self-worth.
Sister to Sister: A sacred space for women 18 and up to share their stories, offer encouragement, and heal together. The sessions blend prayer, conversation, tears, and laughter — all anchored in grace.
In 2023, Luciana further expanded her reach through authorship. Her book, Faith & Elijah’s ABC Affirmation Book, offers young children (ages 3–5) a joyful way to learn the alphabet while affirming their value with statements like “I am kind,” “I am strong,” and “I am loved.” The book is currently being promoted for bulk adoption by daycares, early learning centers, and schools as a tool for positive early childhood development.
A Well-Deserved Moment in the Spotlight
As Luciana steps into the Who’s Who in Black Cleveland spotlight, she represents more than her own accomplishments. She reflects the countless women who have turned pain into purpose, the youth who dare to dream of something more, and the faith-driven leaders who believe in restoration, not just recognition.
“It’s about purpose, not position,” she often says — a phrase that defines her life’s work and the way she shows up for her community.
With humility and strength, she carries her family name, her faith, and her calling into rooms that once felt out of reach. And now, her story will be featured among those who are shaping the future of Cleveland.
What’s Next for Luciana Adams?
Recognition is only the beginning. In the months ahead, Luciana and the My Favor By Faith team will continue expanding their programs, building new partnerships with schools and nonprofits, and advocating for holistic self-care for every woman and child who needs it.
Whether through speaking engagements, workshops, or new written resources, Luciana is determined to use her platform to bring light to the issues that often remain in the dark.
Final Words
To witness Luciana Adams receive this honor is to celebrate the power of perseverance, the necessity of healing, and the beauty of believing in yourself — even when the world doesn’t.
She is, without question, one of Cleveland’s finest — and now the world will know it too.
